ALOR SETAR, June 4 — Tunku Temenggong of Kedah Tan Sri Tunku Sallehhuddin Sultan Badlishah has been appointed Kedah Council of Regency chairman, replacing the late Tan Sri Tunku Annuar Sultan Badlishah effective May 21.
